A study executado pelo Departamento de Justiça dos EUA revelou que os transgressores sexuais tinham quatro vezes mais probabilidade do que os não sexuais de serem presos por outro crime sexual depois de liberados da prisão – 5,3% sexual offenders before 1,3% non-sexual offenders. AND, 60% dos transgressores sexuais condenados are em liberdade condicional.
